Summary
SoFi is hiring a data driven and passionate product marketing director to oversee the marketing and user acquisition of SoFi’s residential mortgage product portfolio. This role will champion a key revenue driver for the company. Product marketing at SoFi is a broad role that includes developing and managing go-to-market strategy, working cross functionally to drive aggressive acquisition growth, and liaising with the product team to improve the customer experience. In addition this role will support business development on B2B efforts, and keep a watchful eye on competitive and market trends.
Responsibilities
* Build and iterate on product positioning, value proposition and integrated go-to-market programs for SoFi Mortgage products. * Work cross functionally with acquisition teams to develop and execute plans to exceed aggressive growth objectives. * Evaluate pipeline metrics to identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve lead generation and conversion metrics. * Drive segmentation and implement tactics for various mortgage market segments. * Oversee relevant content creation for the website, marketing channels, and other departments internally. * Understand and report on changes to the broader market context including market shifts, competitive threats, and external factors. * Support planning and management of events and conferences as needed. * Deliver sales and marketing assets. * Manage vendor relationships as needed.
Ideal Candidate
* 7-9 years of relevant Online Marketing and Online Mortgage lending experience with quantifiable revenue responsibility. * 2-3 years of product marketing experience at a high-growth company in the mortgage/finance industry. * Able to combine strategic thinking with tactical execution. * Past experience with online lending, digital marketing, relevant email and marketing automation tools. * Proven track record of building budgets and programs that support efficient growth. * BA/BS required, MBA welcomed.
