Summary
Our Marketing team is looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist to support online and offline brand campaign initiatives. This person will gain in-depth experience building integrated campaigns with key media partners. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to gain a 360-degree view of brand marketing including creative development, media planning, campaign execution and optimizing performance.
Responsibilities
* Launch and grow custom media partnerships to drive awareness of SoFi among the target audience. * Translate consumers insights into actionable creative briefs for both internal copy team and external partners. * Drive content integrations with media partners that communicate brand proof points. * Oversee brand campaign timelines and deliverables. Work with internal team members and media partners to meet campaign deadlines. * Manage creative production with external agency partners and the internal design team. Input tasks and actively update project management software. * Work closely with Brand Marketing Manager to support the planning of live events and experiential activations with media partners. * Execute and QA digital campaigns including accurate tracking links and creative assets. * Support brand marketing team in campaign reporting and partner optimization.
Ideal Candidate
**Skills** * Proven success in project management and working collaboratively with many stakeholders. * Ability to look at a program holistically to identify opportunities for expansion, optimization and alignment * Demonstrate excellent communication * Ability to adjust on the fly and excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment * Exhibit excellent communication skills, both orally and in written form, with superior writing and grammar skills * Demonstrate flexibility, responsiveness and the capacity to “think on their feet.” * Experience with reporting and analysis tools like Google Analytics **Qualifications** * 2-4 years of work experience in brand marketing or media * Bachelor’s degree * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills * Personal finance and consumer experience preferable * In-house or agency experience **Personal Characteristics** * Detail oriented and organized * Fast-learning * Enthusiastic * Measured and data-driven
