* Strong working knowledge of food operating standards and HACCP guidelines * Advanced computer literacy * Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills * Health Care food management experience * Fine dining, Upscale Hospitality or Country Club experience * Ability to cultivate and develop staff at all levels * Retail Operations * Catering * Driving Patient Satisfaction
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications for the Operations Manager include prior food management experience in a health care environment (LTC preferred), strong FOH management and excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, full HACCP knowledge and ServSafe certification.
