Digital Content Creator

The Digital Content Creator is a hybrid videographer and photographer with a heavy emphasis on video production and editing. You will help create fun, dynamic video and photos for national CPG clients, as well as, prominent regional clients. As a Digital Content Creator you are responsible for producing social, digital and traditional content from concept to finished video or photo social posts. You will produce these materials for our clients and for internal and external uses at the agency including new business pitches; agency PR; and social media. You will be part of a team environment that brainstorms on the big idea. You work closely with designers, writers and community managers to ensure that all files are correctly prepared, complete, and accurate.

* Brainstorm social content for brand communities * Develop specific creative executions and deliver final assets to be part of a content publishing strategy * Review assignments directly with the Creative Director / Senior Art Director to determine best method of execution – Vine, Instagram, Facebook, Google +, Twitter, SnapChat, etc… * Full understanding of client’s target audiences * Set design and building * Video editing and color correction. * Photo retouching and white balancing * Create small designed elements for shoots. * Stay up-to-date with best videography and photography practices * Monitor art preparation guidelines; recommend technical and procedural updates and changes * Lead and assist in the collection and distribution of assets for upload * Check all outgoing content for completeness and adherence to standards * Track usage and maintenance of cameras, video & lighting equipment * Maintain a clean studio and surrounding environment * Maintain open communication with project managers to eliminate errors and scheduling problems * Assist in organizing, monitoring, archiving, and maintaining files on the server

* 2-year Associates degree in advertising, communication design, or visual arts; bachelor’s degree preferred. * 2+ years video production experience is required * Proficiency in both 4K RAW video and Nikon photo camera systems. * Portfolio should showcase examples of filming, production and editing skills. * Proficiency in Adobe CS platform. * Experience working with Vine & Instagram video apps a plus * Ability to work occasional evening and weekend hours
