Summary

The Technical Account Coordinator will partner heavily with the Account Management and Sales teams to maximize advertiser performance, as well as with the Product and Engineering teams on continual platform improvement. We’re seeking an individual who is passionate about working with technology, who is comfortable diving deep into an issue until it is identified and resolved. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to set up, troubleshoot, and optimize paid search programs. This individual would also need to effectively communicate status and expectations, and escalate as needed to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities
  • Set up advertiser accounts in the HookLogic retail search platform
  • Draw on a wide array of knowledge and tools to troubleshoot ad delivery, while maintaining clear communication throughout the lifetime of the incident
  • Verify, triage, prioritize and resolve defects/bugs, and work with Product and Engineering teams to address root cause
  • Test ad delivery to ensure coverage, especially in support of new delivery logic enhancements
  • Understand client technical requests and communicate them to the team so they can be properly solved and prioritized, as well as to improve platform functionality
  • Review and refine data-driven program settings with smart analysis, including search term selection for best ad coverage
  • Monitor and optimize advertiser accounts to maximize performance and ad revenue
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree a must
  • 1 year professional or internship experience working in similar capacity preferred.
  • Proficient with Excel, preferably with v-lookups and pivot tables
  • Ability to quickly learn proprietary programs and software, and comfortable navigating databases
  • Strong initiative and ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently, multi-task, and work well under pressure with minimal direction.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and collaborate with multiple teams to investigate
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail and following process
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
