Salesforce Intern

The Salesforce Intern will handle the data management and collection efforts to support SmartBear’s Sales and Marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has an incredible attention to detail and a strong desire to learn. You will be managing our Salesforce CRM and ensure accuracy across our data sources.

• Ensure data integrity of our prospects database
• Provide data insights through Salesforce and/or Excel
• Manage other data entry employees and ensure quality of data that they're providing

• Pursuing, or recent completion of, a Bachelor’s degree related to business
• Proficiency with Excel
• Experience with SQL and Salesforce highly desirable
• Flexibility to work 20-40 hours per week
