Summary
The Salesforce Intern will handle the data management and collection efforts to support SmartBear’s Sales and Marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has an incredible attention to detail and a strong desire to learn. You will be managing our Salesforce CRM and ensure accuracy across our data sources.
Responsibilities
* Ensure data integrity of our prospects database
* Provide data insights through Salesforce and/or Excel
* Manage other data entry employees and ensure quality of data that they're providing
Ideal Candidate
* Pursuing, or recent completion of, a Bachelor’s degree related to business
* Proficiency with Excel
* Experience with SQL and Salesforce highly desirable
* Flexibility to work 20-40 hours per week
