We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to help us scale our business teams that help support Slack. * You will source and identify passive people to help build out Slack’s Business teams * Execute a high touch recruiting experience from beginning to end while owning Full Life Cycle responsibilities * You will work closely with our Business Operations team, and all levels of leadership to present hiring recommendations * You'll advise managers and executives on building an efficient pipeline and proper workforce planning to reach hiring targets * Work well with our highly effective Recruiting Coordinators * Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other systems

**What we need you to have** * 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast growing environment * Previous startup experience a plus * A sourcing authority (or close to it) * Excellent written communication skills * You have the ability to prioritize and self-manage as you support fast growing departments * You know how to work on a small but highly effective team and can grow with us as we grow the company * Strong, extensive and confirmed work experience in recruiting **Bonus Points** * You're familiar with Greenhouse ATS * You can draw from your experience working at companies that have scaled quickly * You have experience working with teams located in multiple cities * You shine in highly structured environments and in highly chaotic ones because usually it’s both!
