Marketing Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst to join our award-winning marketing team.

• Collecting, evaluating and analyzing data on members, prospective members and competitors as well as the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Managing survey design, sampling, distribution and report preparation.
• Serving as the lead position for the marketing research function.
• Conducting competitive research to establish business cases for implementing new products.
• Analyzes product lines to maximize portfolio performance by making recommendations for changes or enhancements to existing products.

• Four year degree in Business or Marketing field preferred.
• Minimum of three years experience in product research, analytics, and implementation.
• High level analytical skills required using Excel, Access, and financial modeling software; (Profit Star and SPSS a plus).
• SQL training a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to communicate tactfully with all levels of staff including outside vendors.
• Ability to perform complex analysis and produce professional documentation with recommendations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Excellent project management skills.
