Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager who will manage the operations of the Accounting Department including cash management, regulatory reporting, financial statements, investments, and ALM.

Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum five years experience in budgeting, account and financial analysis, reporting and managing an accounting department in a financial institution.
  • Four-year college degree in business with specialization in accounting or comparable work experience.
  • Effective coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Well-developed time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Thorough knowledge of asset/liability management policies and procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of Credit Union investment policies and procedures
