Referral Marketing Manager

Skillshare is a global learning community for creators. Anyone can take thousands of online classes or even teach a class themselves.

As a referral marketing manager on the team, you'll be responsible for supporting the growing community on and off Skillshare. This includes building the affiliate partner program to grow demand in categories that we expand into, supporting the partnerships team to create and execute marketing plans with influencers, and optimizing our student referral funnel. You'll be sourcing and building deep relationships with bloggers, Instagrammers, Pinteresters, and top Skillshare teachers to drive customer acquisition.

* Sourcing and reaching out to bloggers and social media influencers to join our affiliate partner program * Identify advertising opportunities for sponsored posts that reach our target audience * Account management of top students and teachers to increase the number of referrals driven * Launch monthly campaigns to push Skillshare content and promotions

* 1-5 years professional experience in a marketing, community management, or partnerships/business development * You've had account management experience with 100+ contacts * You are comfortable interacting with customers on a daily basis over email and phone/video calls * You've run cohesive marketing campaigns with clear objectives * Experience creating creative marketing assets (Photoshop experience a plus) * Extremely organized and detail oriented * You have an analytical mindset, experience working in Excel and/or Google Sheets, and are comfortable with data to drive decisions
