As a Skillshare Account Manager, you’ll work directly with creative influencers and companies to ensure that they have a great experience.
Responsibilities
* Relationship management: Identify and engage our top partners, both influencers and companies * Communications & Marketing: Design and oversee monthly campaigns as well as custom activations for the network * Data management: Analyze network impact and use quantitative insights to drive future campaigns * Operations: Work closely with the partnerships, marketing, and community teams to share best practices and improve processes
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years experience, including but not limited to: business development, partnerships, marketing, advertising or influencer marketing in a client-facing role * Experience working at a startup in a fast-paced, ever-adapting, environment * Natural relationship-builder: you have a history of going above and beyond for your clients * Incredibly organized and heavily metrics-driven with a track record of self-driven operational execution * Clear and succinct communication skills * A born hustler and collaborator: you work best on teams, being relied on by others.
