Retail Team Member

Six Flags, the world's largest regional theme park company with 18 parks across North America. The company operates 16 parks in the United States, one in Mexico City and one in Montreal, Canada.

Purpose: To provide World Class Guest Service and a fun filled experience to all guests. Team Members assist the Retail Supervisor/Lead in daily operations such as stocking, cleaning, and visual display functions. The individual must demonstrate cash handling skills in order to effectively perform cash register transactions.

* Provide "World Class Guest Service" to all of our guests * Professionally exhibit and maintain all aspects of the Six Flags Mantra * Operate cash register systems * Responsible for adherence to all cash handling policies and procedures * Stocking stores / visual merchandising * Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of work locations * Assist Retail Supervisors/Leads with inventory control methods * Assist Retail Supervisors/Leads in receiving and stocking new deliveries * Report all damaged merchandise * Report all safety issues/ guest concerns * Responsible for till transportation and security

* Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that would include weekends and holidays. * Must be proficient in basic mathematics. * May be asked to handle food * Self-motivated and proactive * Retail experience preferred but not necessary. * Must be motivated and able to display initiative to complete daily tasks. * Must be 100% committed to having fun at work and encouraging our guests to do the same while they are here. * Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Computer literacy. Strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications. * Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to forty pounds occasionally * Other duties as assigned.
