Admissions Team Member

Six Flags, the world's largest regional theme park company with 18 parks across North America. The company operates 16 parks in the United States, one in Mexico City and one in Montreal, Canada.

Provide superior guest service for all guests. Handle ticket and Season Pass transactions, greet guests while monitoring ingress and egress of persons entering and exiting the park. Photograph and enter information into a season pass database. Issue digital image photo ID cards to season pass members. Sell parking tickets to guests at the Toll Plaza. Adhere to all park policies and procedures, while ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability of the park.

* Welcome and greet all guests as they enter the park while accounting for tickets for each person entering. * Operate computerized season pass system, responsible for entering guest information, taking digital photos and processing the season pass card. * Ensure accountability of cash bank; give appropriate change and receipts. * Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. * Ability to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time. * All cash handling positions must successfully complete a basic math and computer test. * Perform any other tasks as assigned.

* People Skills: This requires positive interaction with other employees and guests, promoting a "service" atmosphere. * Basic math skills. * Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Computer literacy. Strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications. * Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to forty pounds occasionally
