* Manage and oversee the the conversion and client setup related to switching from Argus DCF to AE version 11.0 * Review and analyze final appraisals, executive summaries, and cash flows * Performing portfolio analytics

**Required Qualifications:** * 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate or other finance related position **Required Education:** * Bachelor’s degree **Key Success Factors:** * Strong understanding of data and analytics, preferably as it relates to real estate or finance * Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills **Skills:** * Expert in Argus DCF and Argus Enterprise is required * Knowledge of Excel, Access, SQL server, R or other statistics software is preferred
