- Manage and oversee the the conversion and client setup related to switching from Argus DCF to AE version 11.0
- Review and analyze final appraisals, executive summaries, and cash flows
- Performing portfolio analytics
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate or other finance related position
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
Key Success Factors:
- Strong understanding of data and analytics, preferably as it relates to real estate or finance
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
- Expert in Argus DCF and Argus Enterprise is required
- Knowledge of Excel, Access, SQL server, R or other statistics software is preferred
Working Conditions
This position is open to both full time and contractors.
