Appraisal Manager

• Performing valuations, which could include valuations for tax-appeal, re-development, dispositions, etc
• Depending on experience, this would also include providing strong leadership and project management skills to lead valuation efforts
• Assisting with our national clients, which include some of the largest and most prominent pension funds and insurance companies in the U.S.
• Engaging third-party appraisers
• Reviewing and analyzing final appraisals, executive summaries, and cash flows, and performing portfolio analytics
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• 5 to 10+ years of commercial appraisal experience

Required Education:

• Bachelor degree or higher

Key Success Factors:

• State appraisal license
• MAI designation
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, self-motivated, attention to detail, and execute at a high level
