Software Quality Assurance Engineer

SingleComm is a venture funded startup located in Richmond Virginia and New York City. We are building a SaaS platform that will change the way contact center businesses communicate with their customers.

SingleComm is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing development team. As a key member of the QA team, this position is responsible for ensuring quality standards are met across multiple modules of our software platform. This includes all areas of the product from UX to feature and data validation. Knowledge of automated tools and processes is highly desired. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a tightly integrated team of testers, developers, product, and project management.
