Summary
We are currently seeking a full-time Technician. In this role, you will perform testing of RF, FM, and TV products along with helping on complex assembly. You will be responsible for product assembly in a safe and timely manner, while maintaining company established quality standards. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected, as well as the ability lead and direct the work of others.
Responsibilities
* Works with production specifications and plant data for product assembly * Tests products to make sure they meet technical specifications * Skilled and knowledgeable in all aspects of technician and assembler duties and responsibilities * Writes technical measurement reports for customers * Work with new product teams to test equipment * Make recommendations for product & process improvements * Identify, troubleshoot and correct problems * Able to produce a quality product in a safe and timely manner * Able to multi-task * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
**Required Experience:** * High School Diploma or equivalent * 5+ years working in a similar manufacturing environment * Must be able to follow all safety guidelines * Knowledge and understanding of RF, TV and FM antenna equipment * Ability to operate network analyzer and measuring equipment * Strong product and safety knowledge a must * Comfortable and proficient with computers & other electronics * Demonstrated organizational & communication skills with attention to detail and understands quality criteria * Able to work both independently and in a team environment * Analytical with strong problem solving abilities **Physical Requirements:** * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently * Must be able to operate all equipment safely and within the manufacturers specifications * The employee is required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch frequently
