Summary
This position is central to growing SightLife’s business opportunities. This position develops and delivers decision support tools, reports and market insights to support marketing, business development and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience measuring, managing, and analyzing marketing data performance to maximize its effectiveness and optimize ROI. Telecommuting OK.
Responsibilities
Develop and leverage partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Conduct knowledge transfer of business implications to the Director of Business Development, CMO and to other stakeholders as necessary. Acts as a power-user of our CRM. Leads development of CRM report and dashboard generation. Prospecting and qualifying potential customers. Maintain and trend key performance indicators and return on investment measurement for Marketing and Business Development efforts. Support marketing campaigns for all SightLife campaigns. Conduct market research and business analytics to support all organizational business decision making. Analyze and model existing business development processes to understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement Create content for thought leadership marketing and obtain appropriate placements at meetings, in trade, national, regional, or local media Leverage customer insights to refine brand management Perform other project and duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate
**Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:** - Knowledge of marketing and research methodologies, reporting, statistical analysis and trend identification - Fluency with database and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, CRM, SQL, Tableau required - Knowledge of conducting healthcare research with an emphasis on Medicare/Medicaid preferred - Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of SightLife staff and key contacts - Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously - Work independently with clients to define concepts and analyze data sets - as a project manager and under direction of project managers. - Excellent attention to detail is critical to the role (accurate data is a must). - Drive and challenge departments on their assumptions of how they will successfully grow and develop their lines of business using data as the rationale. - Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. - Knowledge of healthcare payment systems, including private health insurers and Medicare/Medicaid - A personal commitment to organ, eye and tissue donation is required **Education and/or Equivalent Experience:** - Bachelor Degree preferred or relevant work experience - MBA preferred - Previous experience in business analysis **Physical Requirements (for essential functions):** - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often required to perform the following activities: - The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands and fingers to feel, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. - Reaching. Field of Vision: ability to see peripherally. Accommodation: ability to adjust vision to bring objects into focus. - Hearing. Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound. - Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
