Responsibilities
Responsibilities: - Create innovative display advertising programs which leverage cutting edge marketing technologies such as demand-side platforms (DSP), advanced audience targeting, and retargeting - Lead and have experience with the implementation of display and retargeting campaigns across relevant digital media networks (e.g. Connexity, DoubleClick, Adwords, AdRoll, Facebook) - Set up relevant audience targeting for retargeting campaigns and optimize audience lists for performance - Define program KPIs, structure tests, and report back on results and improvements in efficiency - Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams (branding, technology, creative) to plan, test, optimize, and grow campaigns - Conduct multivariate tests, analyze data and utilize reporting to monitor and improve campaign performance - Establish technical and creative needs, plan resource timelines and create formal technical and creative requests Partner with Business Intelligence team to provide in-house reporting and analytics on display campaigns in order to manage data driven program - Bridge the gap between branding and programmatic media and establish buys to meet branding goals - Serve as a subject manner expert on Display Media for the acquisition team and company
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications: - 5-7 years of experience implementing display marketing in-house - Experience with DMPs, DSPs, and ad exchanges - Very strong experience buying display advertising via Google AdWords - Successful management of retargeting campaigns, including set up, optimization, and reporting - Solid understanding of technical requirements for display marketing set up and management and ability to communicate these needs with software engineers - Detail oriented and self-motivated individual who uses data to help drive decision making - 3+ years of experience with Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics BA/BS in Mathematics, Marketing, Business, or equivalent discipline
