Responsibilities:

Create innovative display advertising programs which leverage cutting edge marketing technologies such as demand-side platforms (DSP), advanced audience targeting, and retargeting

Lead and have experience with the implementation of display and retargeting campaigns across relevant digital media networks (e.g. Connexity, DoubleClick, Adwords, AdRoll, Facebook)

Set up relevant audience targeting for retargeting campaigns and optimize audience lists for performance

Define program KPIs, structure tests, and report back on results and improvements in efficiency

Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams (branding, technology, creative) to plan, test, optimize, and grow campaigns

Conduct multivariate tests, analyze data and utilize reporting to monitor and improve campaign performance

Establish technical and creative needs, plan resource timelines and create formal technical and creative requests Partner with Business Intelligence team to provide in-house reporting and analytics on display campaigns in order to manage data driven program

Bridge the gap between branding and programmatic media and establish buys to meet branding goals

Serve as a subject manner expert on Display Media for the acquisition team and company
Qualifications:
-
5-7 years of experience implementing display marketing in-house

Experience with DMPs, DSPs, and ad exchanges

Very strong experience buying display advertising via Google AdWords

Successful management of retargeting campaigns, including set up, optimization, and reporting

Solid understanding of technical requirements for display marketing set up and management and ability to communicate these needs with software engineers

Detail oriented and self-motivated individual who uses data to help drive decision making

3+ years of experience with Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics BA/BS in Mathematics, Marketing, Business, or equivalent discipline
