- As Product Manager at ShopAtHome.com, you will lead product development initiatives for the web and mobile site making the web site content more relevant and targeted to the user, increasing monetization on the site and building tools to make employees more productive. - You will build products from existing ideas, and help develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with users, advertisers, employees and retailers. - You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive and execution to make that vision a reality. - You must have strong communication and presentation skills and be comfortable leading initiatives without a direct reporting relationship with your project team members. - You will work with marketing to gather user requirements and create prototypes and then work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements. - You must have a strong track record of execution and launching successful web based products. - Managing the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research as well as talking directly to advertisers, retailers, users and employees - Driving a solution set across development teams through market requirements, product requirements, prototyping, execution, testing and launch Conducting market research on competitors and competitive developments

- Experience building, scaling and managing e-commerce products and businesses - Deep understanding of ecommerce ecosystems - Solid product management experience with a track record of creating innovative and award winning Internet products - Strong quantitative and analytical abilities - Demonstrated ability to gather user requirements and convert them into a winning product vision - Significant people and organizational management skills - Strong communication and presentation skills - Technical degree or equivalent experience
