Warehouse Cycle Counter

Shearers Snacks in Hermiston is looking for a hardworking individual with stand up and Reach Truck forklift experience to do cycle counting and other warehouse duties. The selected candidates need to be able to count accurately and efficiently, and possess the ability to pay close attention to detail. The selected applicant will NEED to have previous experience related to Inventory Control and a valid driver license.

* Operate sit down counterbalance and reach forklift * Cycle counting product throughout the warehouse and update Inventory database system. * Inventory materials on work floor, and supply workers with materials as needed * Keeps all products and materials in a neat order and cleans work area prior to the completion of each shift * May weigh materials or products and record weight on tags or labels. * Load or unload materials by hand onto or off or pallets, skids, or lifting device

- Must have strong attention to detail with some knowledge of computer operating systems and software (Mapics, Excel, Word, Etc.) - Able to use math skills to accurately count large quantities of materials. - Ability to accurately read and write letters and numbers and create/respond to emails. - Ability to operate tools or power equipment in a safe manner and adhere to all safety regulations at all times - Perform miscellaneous work as directed by supervisor - Must be able to stand for the majority of your day and lift up to 50 lbs. - Availability to work overtime as needed - Must be willing to submit to a background check
