We are also excited to have been selected to participate in the National Cancer Institute's Cancer Cloud Pilot, which will accelerate and expand our vision.

Position * You will help create, maintain, test, and innovate on our experimental tools and data sets. * You have genomics knowledge and experience that will help guide the team, and will work with the rest of the team to turn prototypes based on theoretical insights into fully-fledged tools ready for production use in a variety of real-world environments. These will be laying the groundwork for the next generation in the field.

An ideal candidate would have: * experience with genomics and public datasets; * a strong background in data science especially statistics; * experience dealing with real-world data problems such as versioning, ensuring reproducibility and traceability; * experience working with databases; * meticulous attention to data and a voracious appetite for research in all its forms; * exposure to developing; and we also think that... * experience developing is a plus, especially exposure to Python and/or C/C++; We don't require the candidates to meet every single requirement on our list.
