Contract Recruiting Coordinator

ServiceTitan is a mobile, cloud-based software platform that helps home service companies streamline operations, improve customer service, and grow their business. ServiceTitan’s end-to-end solution for the multi-billion dollar residential home service industry includes CRM, intelligent dispatch, comprehensive reporting, Marketing management tools, mobile connectivity for field techs, and Quickbooks integration.

We are looking for a rock star Recruiting Coordinator who is excited to help the team schedule interviews, arrange travel, greet candidates, and create a positive candidate experience.

• Schedule phone screens and onsite interviews for candidates across multiple teams
• Arrange travel for candidates flying to our offices for onsites
• Managing interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Act as the main contact for all coordinating matters with managers and the HR team

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 year experience working cross functionally with multiple recruiters and departments at a fast growing startup
• Highly organized with an attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with multiple teams
• Willing to ‘roll up the sleeves’ and do whatever it takes to get the job done
