In this role you get the opportunity to be an innovator within an emerging team that focuses on organizational change and program management strategies to help all ServiceNow customers drive awareness, adoption, and strategy to support the growth and adoption of their ServiceNow program. You will be responsible for creating and maturing content and partnering with customers engaged in the program to drive success.
- Create content (best practice process, templates, how-to guides) to help our customers communicate, manage, and promote their ServiceNow program to their company
- Manage content and design layout of the Champion Enablement Center
- Partner with sales, services and marketing teams to identify and re-purpose appropriate content for customer use
- Participate in customer-facing meetings to support sales
- Engage with customers in the community to connect them with one another and with the content that they need
- 5-8 years experience advising or creating materials to support organizational change management and program strategy initiatives
- Experience interacting directly with customers and cross-functional teams
- Very strong written communication skills
- A good understanding of enterprise software and cloud technology
- Experience with Jive or other community environment is helpful
- Business development experience is helpful
