Senior Digital Visual Artist/Retoucher

SERINO/COYNE is the nation's longest-running live-entertainment advertising agency. We have made it our business to sell tickets to live theatre.

We are recruiting for a hybrid position SR. DIGITAL VISUAL ARTIST/ RETOUCHER who is creative, imaginative, and who will partner with key members of the studio team to elevate brand imagery and follow all production workflow processes for deliverables.

• Build press-ready files
• Prepare art for various publications, using industry best practices
• Complete assigned tasks, prioritize workflow, and resolve technical and artistic problems with minimal supervision while meeting daily deadlines
• Perform tasks with the highest level of accuracy, keeping acute attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task & manage tight deadlines, and take a concept and execute it to completion
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Adept at attention to detail, being organized & multi-tasking
• Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a production environment
• Expert level in InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop
• Proven knowledge of design, layout, & typography
• Exceptional skills in Retouching, color management, pre-press file preparation, graphic layout production, branding & identity packages, collateral, signage, and advertising campaigns
• Photoshop – color correct to pub specs, for various substrates
• Background in Photography, Retouching and Graphic Arts
• Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, photography or related field required
