Sentara Healthcare is seeking a full time Customer Development and Marketing Advisor to be based in Norfolk, VA.

• Responsible for creating customer and market development strategies in support of the corporation's strategic plan.
• Facilitates cross-functional teams of executives, managers and employees to support customer and market development strategies.
• Uses advanced customer relationship management (CRM) technology to analyze customer data to perform market segmentation, predictive modeling, customer scenario planning, and to prioritize business requirements and build customer and business process flows.
• Provides strategic recommendations for population-level customer acquisition and development in support of the organization's goals to grow volume and market share and fulfill the organization's vision, mission and strategic imperatives.

• Bachelor's Level Degree
