SendGrid is looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter to help execute an uber-aggressive yet selective multi-year hiring plan.

- Build pipelines of top talent through research and sourcing
- Be an integrative, highly collaborative recruiting SME to guide and support our hiring managers and interview teams
- Partner effectively with recruiting team peers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Obsess about candidate experience; identify and engage qualified candidates, providing consistent communication throughout the process
- Qualify candidates for experience, skills, and cultural fit (culture is our code)
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for all the jobs in your purview
- Facilitate candidate debriefing sessions and contribute as an important and integral member of the interview team
- Support ad hoc projects as needed and be willing to do whatever it takes at a moment’s notice to capitalize on an opportunity
- Represent SendGrid with integrity and professionalism (and fun!) in the local tech and recruiting communities, including attending relevant user groups and meetups

- Persuasive, Accountable, Self Motivated, Focused and Collaborative
- Ideally 6-9 years of experience with full lifecycle recruiting, including extensive sourcing of passive candidates
- Experience recruiting for a SaaS company, with a thorough understanding of software development technologies, roles and processes
- A strategic thinker that understands business objectives
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
- Specialized expertise recruiting for senior-level Software, Architecture, Quality, DevOps and Engineering Leadership roles
- May have a combination of corporate recruiting and staffing agency experience
- Recruiting breadth; experience in multiple geographies, recruiting all levels and skills
- Proven ability to work in an extremely high-volume, demanding, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience using a multitude of recruiting and sourcing technologies
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
