Sr. Electrical/Software Engineer

Sealed Air is seeking a driven design professional to fulfill our current opening, Electrical / Software Engineer, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The qualified candidate will be responsible for electrical and software design project work from concept to manufacturing release. This position will be in a fast paced environment offering daily support to our sales and manufacturing groups. The ability to handle multiple projects, work independently and interact with team leaders will be critical.

Design state of the art packaging equipment electrical controls * Design and program embedded software * Support current product designs * Test and debug software and embedded control systems * Involved in current product design improvements * Follow engineering quality, standards, methods, policies, and procedures

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field * Excellent communication skills * Organized and driven to achieve measurable results * Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team * Some travel (domestic and international) required
