The Schwebel Baking Company is seeking to fill a seasonal shipping position we have open in our Youngstown, Ohio facility. This position starts out at $12/hr. Essential Functions: To move product from the production line to load onto trailers.

* Use computerized handheld shipping system that accurately scans barcodes and communicates to user. * Accurately pull, listen for directions, and scan product. * Carefully load and unload product on trailers following the correct shipping and handling procedures to avoid damage. * Maintain a clean and organized work area that is free from debris. * Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's). * Complete job duties before leaving each day.

**Minimum Qualifications:** * High school education or equivalent. * Must be 18 years of age or older. * Must be able to work any days and hours that can change on a weekly basis, these positions do not have a set schedule. * 2-5 years experience in a shipping environment preferred. * Able to work in a fast paced environment. * Good organizational skills. * Excellent ability to work with others. * Excellent ability to follow directions. * Must take and pass a computerized Light Industrial Skills test prior to hiring. **Physical Requirements:** * Able to constantly lift 25-50lbs. * Exerting 50 - 100lbs of force occasionally.
