Summary
The award-winning Schoology team and global business are growing extremely quickly. As a result, we are looking for a Global Product Specialist to serve as a resident product expert offering consultative support and training to our international clients. The Global Product Specialist is responsible for developing product-driven solutions and training programs for Schoology’s international clients. The ideal candidate enjoys educating others, effectively manages multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and has a bilingual or native proficiency in Spanish.
Responsibilities
* Analyze client requirements in order to develop and articulate product-driven solutions that will allow them to meet their unique objectives * Work closely with Schoology’s Implementation and Account Management team to to develop effective training plans for international clients * Design and develop training curriculum in Spanish and English for the Schoology platform. * Lead training via online webinars and/or onsite sessions with clients and staff. * Analyze documentation gaps and lead development of client training documentation in Spanish and English * Conduct market research to help provide a clearer understanding of each global region’s unique educational needs * Work closely with Schoology’s Professional Development team to lead the development of a Schoology International Certification program
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent relevant experience. * 1-3+ years relevant experience * Bilingual/Native Proficiency in both Spanish and English (Other languages a plus) * Proficiency with MS Office suite * Excellent interpersonal skills; highly motivated and strong sense of personal ownership * High degree of attention to detail * The ability to travel for client and staff training events. * Understanding of and experience with the diversity of international projects * Instructional Design experience a plus
