Maintenance Tech III

• Make repairs and perform preventative maintenance on pick-to-light hardware
• Troubleshoot problems and program Barcode Line Scanners and Vision systems
• Program and maintain all Servo and VFD drives
• Perform minor AB PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Program and troubleshoot carton routing system issues.
• Train and mentor Production Tech I’s and II’s
• Develop reports using Microsoft Excel
• Perform any mechanical maintenance duties as needed.
• Electrical installation of production hardware

• Proficient in the use of PC’s.
• Work flexible hours and overtime as requested
• 4 – 5 years maintenance experience in a warehouse or similar field
• 2 year degree in electronics and/or industrial electricity
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks with minimal direction
• Above average communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in use of all hand and power tools
• Must pass a company paid drug screen
• Allen Bradley PLC programming experience preferred
• Barcode scanner experience preferred
• Experience with carton conveying material handling equipment
