Summary
The SCA Finance team is currently searching for an Entry Level Finance professional to participate in the Graduate Onboarding (GO!) Finance program that will provide a two-year rotational development opportunity. The SCA GO! Finance Program will provide participants with a deep understanding of the SCA Global organization, in addition to SCA brands and products, financial processes and tools, while simultaneously delivering concrete results to the business.
Responsibilities
* College graduates entering the Graduate Finance Program (Go! Finance) will be placed on rotational assignments to learn about the different areas of the SCA finance organization. The core assignments include rotations involving Controlling, Financial Planning and Analysis, Revenue Management, Product Supply Finance and/or Competitive Intelligence. * Assist management with financial planning, budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis and ad hoc business analysis. * Support management in assessment of risks and controls for one or more given business processes. * Assist management with identifying cost savings and process improvements and working to implement them.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or other business related field with 3.0 GPA or above. MBA strongly preferred. * Degree achieved no longer than Eighteen (18) months ago. * Professional experience required (e.g. - relevant Internships and/or Co-ops). * Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as excellent verbal and written presentation skills. * Able to present complex issues in a simple, logical and succinct manner. * Able to handle multiple assignments and manage competing priorities with tight deadlines. * Computer proficiency and PC skills in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word). * An entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter able to generate new concepts with a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency. * Strong interpersonal skills with the desire to be a team player. * Must be mobile/open to relocation. * Ability to travel as needed.
