This is far from a website design role - the successful candidate will need to work flawlessly, effectively, and creatively with the Marketing and Executive teams to translate needs/ desires into unique end results with an unmatched flair in the market. * Conceptualize, design, present and execute modern, sophisticated digital design and web experiences, including: websites, microsites, landing pages, newsletters, etc * Work within Sarvint's multidisciplinary Creative & Marketing team across multiple projects * Work with our Senior Software Architect, Executive team, and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding world-class Web design projects * Follow our visual brand guidelines, art direction, and collaborate with other designers as necessary * Create conceptual wireframes, as well as fleshing out design for existing wireframes * Deliver finalized, full fidelity design comps for implementation * Work on-site at our Midtown Atlanta office

* Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment - we move fast! * Portfolio with previous professional work * Excellent track record of visual web design projects * Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and related design tools * Design-level familiarity with HTML, CSS, javascript, and related web technologies * Passionate and experienced in responsive web design * Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills * 5+ years experience in online design * Knowledge of information design, web user experience design * Familiarity with current web design technologies, trends and techniques * Team player, loves to work in a team environment
