Desktop Management Student Intern

SRP delivers high-value electricity and water for the benefit of our customers, shareholders and the communities we serve.

We are a community-based, nonprofit utility and one of the nation's largest public power utilities. SRP provides electricity to more than 1 million retail customers in a 2,900-square-mile service area that spans three Arizona counties, including most of the metropolitan Phoenix area (known as the Valley).

Provide exceptional Customer Service Support to Desktop Management clients and fellow team members by ensuring efficient and effective work order management.

Student Intern responsibilities include:

• Prioritize, schedule and assign ServiceNow work orders to DTM technician workforce
• Answer telephone calls and forward requests for information or routine inquiries to appropriate DTM personnel
• Monitor Technician calendar to ensure coverage needs are met
• Monitor Technician workloads to ensure Incident Management and Request SLA's are being met
• Execute priority callout procedures
• Perform remote troubleshooting
• Provide Corporate iOS and Android Smartphone Support
• Provide iPad and Android Tablet support
• Perform Monitor Installs
• Perform Peripheral Installs
• Perform computer moves
• Act as backup DTM technician to provide emergency field/campus coverage as needed
• Follow all DTM, HDI Operational Procedures and QC Standards

Education

• College level coursework (100+) will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.

Additional Information

  • AirWatch MDM and Windows Operating Systems (7, 8, 10)
  • Microsoft Office # (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
  • Well organized with the ability to follow a detail process through several steps
