Position Specifications

The Lending Marketing Specialist reports to the Head of Business Development and provides marketing and sales support through various functions within the company business lines (term lending, acquisitions, asset management, lending sales teams, corporate communication, servicing, etc.). The ideal candidate will be a selfmotivated, highly organized individual with the ability to work effectively both independently and as a contributing member of our team. Attention to detail, a positive and helpful attitude, and willingness to learn are essential attributes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute a comprehensive social media advertising and outreach campaign.
• Working with internal and external partners to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of
• corporate tradeshows and customer-facing meetings.
• Conduct research and venue due diligence in support of upcoming trade shows / conferences.
• Travel to and support of onsite execution and management of key tradeshows and events, including
• show set-up and take-down, as needed.
• Regularly updates Sabal website, company intranet, and all social media outlets.
• Provides day-to-day clerical support (including registration forms, check requests, exhibitor services,
• badges, certificate, etc.).
• Identify marketing opportunities by understanding and identifying our end consumers, competitive set
• including strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business, developing field marketing plan.

• 5 + years’ experience in a professional services or corporate environment
• Four year degree in a related field of study.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required.
• Attention to detail, prioritization skills, responsiveness and ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.
