Financial Analyst, Investments

RXR Realty is a New York-based vertically integrated real estate operating company, having over 370 employees with expertise in a wide array of value creation activities including repositionings, uncovering value in complex transactions, and various forms of debt investments and structured finance arrangements. RXR’s operating platform manages 88 commercial real estate properties and investments containing 23.3 million square feet with an aggregate gross asset value of $12.0 billion.

RXR is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Investments Department. The Financial Analyst will perform all aspects of investment analysis, underwriting, due diligence and presentation of investment materials. The Financial Analyst will work on property acquisitions, capital structuring, debt and equity investments.

* Preparation of sophisticated financial models * Preparation of internal and external presentation materials * Perform due diligence on property acquisitions * Communicate with senior management, partners, bankers and brokers regarding investment analysis and underwriting

* Must have excellent quantitative, written and verbal skills * Experience utilizing Excel for financial modeling * Experience in Argus preferred * Detail oriented, organized and ability to work independently * Ability to work under pressure * An undergraduate degree with a concentration in accounting or finance and a strong record of academic performance * One to three years total work experience in real estate finance, fund management or investment banking
