Stats Integrity Specialist

The Stats Integrity Specialist will be responsible for working on the data collections process, handling issues, performing audits, analyses and other processes and duties as necessary.

* Performs routine clerical and data entry functions within the Finance department. * Gathers, verifies data from a variety of sources and transfer data into a standard format. * Generates routine reports and performs a variety of clerical duties. * Performs daily QA review, investigates, and escalates to appropriate parties. * Ensure that weekly rescraping of data is performed accurately and in a timely manner. * Complete audits in a timely manner with accuracy. * Work with internal teams and clients to quickly resolve issues or questions. * Performs other duties and assignments as needed, depending on skill, quickness of learning, and appetite for new and challenging work.

**Skills And Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience with data entry. * One year of work-related experience. * Must have good written communication skills. * Must be responsive, resourceful, professional, proactive and an independent problem solver. * Works well in a highly collaborative team. * Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel (must know Pivot Tables). * Excellent analytical skills. * Ability to type 70 WPM. * Excellent 10 key skills. **Working Environment:** * Office working environment. * Schedule will be either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, as determined by business needs. * Must able to work weekends.
