RTN Federal Credit Union (RTN FCU) is seeking a customer-service-oriented individual for a 35-hour Part-Time Clerk/Teller position based in our Waltham branch. This is a great opportunity for a customer service-oriented, self-motivated individual who enjoys working with the public. We are seeking friendly candidates with excellent communication skills. Hours are Monday to Friday including a Saturday rotation.

• Perform daily transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, travel checks, money orders, savings bonds, etc.) accurately and efficiently with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Balance daily teller work
• Explain credit union products and services to customers
• Travels to local Waltham schools as a representative of the CENTS-IBLE Savers Club program

• Minimum of a High School Diploma
• One year’s experience with customer service in a financial institution.
