Senior Program Manager

As the Sr. Program Manager, you will lead and oversee a group of Sr. Project Managers (5-10) in their day to day Project Management activities. Including leading and mentoring these project managers to develop a standard of project procedures and transparencies. You will also be responsible for roadmaps, the relationships with the business stakeholders and the implementation of Agile project methodologies. As well as create strategic vision and direction for the payments and cards group.

**Leads, Develops, Hires, and Retains Team Members** * Sets implementation direction and vision for enterprise-wide team * Leads employee performance to standards of excellence * Creates culture and working atmosphere for high-performing teams * Provides professional leadership, advise, and counsel to team of professionals * Coaches and mentors project managers and other team members * Enhances and develops project team members’ capability in project management leadership/disciplines **Change Management** * Leads the change management process * Knows how to assess the readiness for change and identify the critical levers for change * Develops plans to prepare the environment, accelerate the pace of change, deal with substantial resistance and/or to make the change stick

**Must have:** * Experience with people management and management of projects and/or programs * Budget management of programs $10M+ * Set the design and process of the program * Experience with implementation and enhancement type projects/programs * Agile project experience **Nice to have:** Digital, legacy system and cards based project experience
