Summary
Rockstar is seeking a service-focused and motivated HR Assistant. The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist in the HR function of the studio, and will also assist the recruiting team as well as share some responsibilities with the admin team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a diverse and fast-paced environment, be exceptionally responsive, and demonstrate strong follow-through and dedication to excellence. A professional attitude, flexible approach and a desire to help others are critical attributes for success.
Responsibilities
* Assist as a point of contact for all employee and welfare queries. * Organize, track, and maintain performance reviews & evaluations. * Oversee absence management. * Assist with benefits administration. * Assist with HR-related reporting. * Assist the recruiting team in coordinating on-site interviews. * Coordinate with admin staff to provide reception coverage on an as-needed basis. * Assist with special projects as needed.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in HR or related field. * A keen interest in Rockstar – our culture and our games. **Skills** * Detail-oriented, self-starter able to work calmly and flexibly in order to respond to changing priorities. * Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are a must. * Confidentiality, diplomacy and commitment to the needs of Rockstar are essential. * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Workday (HRIS) a plus.
