Senior Financial Analyst

The Finance and Accounting Team is a focused team that supports a variety of departments across Roblox. We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to help own various reports and manage budgeting processes as well as the overall business plan. This is an opportunity to develop a deep understanding of a high-growth, fast-paced business. The ideal candidate will be a bright, highly organized individual with a driven mentality to get stuff done alongside a passionate team.

• Own the business model (Excel)
• Manage budgeting process
• Assist Accounting with weekly internal reports, monthly close activities, and year-end audit prep, etc.
• Partner with department owners for reporting, metrics, etc.
• Ad-hoc analysis / requests for financial data
• Pluses: Big 4 experience, SQL experience

• Deadline-driven: we are looking for someone who works hard and meets deadlines - we work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables and need someone who is determined to get things done
• Hands-on: we need someone who has strong attention to detail and isn't afraid to get hands-on with the data. We are a lean team and this person will be able to work through a large dataset accurately, swiftly and independently
• Really good in Excel: we require strong Excel skills for this role. We need a team member who knows all the shortcuts, uses complex formulas/functions already in their current role, and thoroughly understands Excel as a tool
• Experienced: 4-6 years in previous FP&A / Accounting role and Bachelor's degree is required
