- Architect and manage the ROBLOX Studio product - Lead a team of talented engineers through hard, challenging problems - Iterate to make this product both easy to use and extremely powerful - Coordinate with other teams such as Product and Core Engine to deliver key platform features

- 5+ years experience in a technical lead role - C/C++ expertise - Proven history of shipping great products and tools - QT experience a plus - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering - Mastery of developing and using precise stability and performance metrics - Proven track record running successful teams
