• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related fields (or just be awesome!).
• Self-starter that is constantly learning.
• Can create a site from start to finish using modern libraries (example: Bootstrap, jQuery, Backbone, EmberJS, AngularJS, React).
• Familiarity with the entire web development spectrum, from databases to style sheets.
• Knows about of profiling client side performance.
