Junior Graphic Designer

Rising Tide Interactive is a digital advertising agency that helps political campaigns, advocacy organizations, and nonprofits achieve their online goals.

We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated recent graduate to join our team as a Junior Graphic Designer.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a focus in Graphic Design or Art to get a start in the digital media world while using your graphic design skills to help elect Democratic candidates and advance progressive causes.

• Designing banner ads, email graphics, social media graphics and more
• Creating marketing materials for RTI
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Creating quality deliverables in a high-pressure, fast paced work environment
• Communicating and collaborating with a team to come up with design strategy

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
• Online portfolio
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Work experience using the Adobe suite preferred (internships, etc.)
• Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment and handle multiple deadlines
• Able to prioritize multiple, competing priorities
• Aware of current design styles
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Interested in progressive politics a plus
