* Lead a team of developers including providing technical consultation, mentoring and training * Provide technical knowledge and leadership to project teams/support teams * Drive project solutions and hold project team members accountable for successful achievement of solutions * Develop architecture frameworks, models and integrated strategies * Monitor the risk and ensuring operational integrity of each release throughout the implementation cycle * Multi-faceted technology architectures * Technical strategic and tactical enterprise project management * Additional duties as assigned

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or related studies desired. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered. * Has demonstrated the ability to manage individual contributors * 10+ years of experience in IT. Previous experience as a System Architect * Proven experience leading people in an application development role in Web development (Java preferred) and ERP package (Oracle EBS preferred) configuration and customization * Experienced in project management and multiple software development methodologies and concepts * Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and office software used to manage projects * Extensive Java server-side design and development experience * Demonstrated skills in application development and database development using Oracle 10g or 11g * Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and decision making ability * Demonstrate strong technical and business problem solving capabilities * Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to communicate with business users in a non-technical capability * Ability to maintain a high standard of professional conduct and ethics in complex business situations * Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all duties **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience using web development technologies like JSF, JQuery, HTML5, AJAX and persistence technologies like Hibernate, JPA * Hands-on experience in Web Services (REST, SOAP), XML and data persistence layer framework design and development * Deep understanding and good working experience in application servers like JBoss EAP, Tomcat etc. * Experience with JBoss BRMS * Experience with JasperSoft business intelligence software * Experience developing with Oracle Application Express * Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
