Marketing Analyst

RevZilla was founded in 2007 by a core team of riders whose sole goal was bringing the best possible shopping experience to any enthusiast who visits us, in-store or online.

The Analyst will be responsible for web analytics reports, insights, and analysis across the website and marketing channels. We’re in hypergrowth here at RevZilla, and looking for analysts to drive the business forward with custom reports, actionable insights, and new ideas--not just reporting squirrels with an ability to pull numbers. You will help develop dashboards for various teams as well as take on the responsibility for special projects that advance our analytics capabilities across the organization.

• Create recurring reports for the marketing team with summaries and recommendations
• Conduct extensive digital marketing reporting and analysis work including multi-channel reporting, cross-channel campaign, and promotion analyses
• Unite data from various sources into a cohesive whole to be applied to visitor behavior and results
• Establish primary and secondary KPIs for new projects
• Evaluate existing reports and systems, making recommendations for improvements

Bag of Tricks (AKA Skills & Qualifications) Required:

• Experience pulling, aggregating and manipulating data
• Strong problem solving and analysis experience
• Attention to detail
• Minimum 2 years experience with Web Analytics tool (eg. Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics or similar) including creation of custom reports and segments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Advanced analytics experience including:
• Media mix modeling and forecasting
• Gap/variance analyses on all the major marketing KPIs
• Database experience a plus
• Tech/coding wizardry including:
• Building/utilizing API connections
• Coding/programming language experience
• eCommerce experience
