Customer Support Specialist - Customer Onboarding

Revel tailors every Point of Sale to each businesses’ specific needs and wants through a suite of features, including integrated payroll, inventory tracking, customer relationship management and much more. With the introduction of the Revel Marketplace, Revel iPad POS users can now integrate directly into third-party enhancements, including mobile payments, online ordering, gift or reward cards and advanced financial software suites.

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist that can serve as a Virtual Concierge to help streamline the customer Onboarding & Implementation Process. In this role you will act as a Revel Systems ambassador answering all questions relating to the installation, configuration, and integration of our product. Think of yourself as a Project Manager. All details of a successful Revel Implementation are your responsibility, attention to detail is a must!

• Feel the need to create a fantastic customer experience
• Project Management skills & abilities
• Focus on implementation best practices
• Knowledge of IOS Devices such as Ipads
• Bright and energetic personality
• Even Keeled & Calming in nature

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ Years in Customer Service, or onboarding
• Technical support and troubleshooting with Ipads or IOS devices highly desired. Experience with Quickbooks desired
• Basic network equipment highly desired
• Experience using a POS system
• Restaurant industry experience is a plus
