Rather than build one website at a time for any business that needs one, RWS focuses on providing independent retailers in very specific industries with manufacturer's product information and exceptionally high performing and effective web solutions.

• Researching solutions to design challenges
• Refocusing seamlessly on new tasks
• Small group presentations
• Technical documentation
• Basic networking concepts (e.g. DNS, IP addresses, client-server model)
• Command Line Interface
• Designing personal project(s) plan to help achieve company-wide goals
• Working within a Windows development environment
• Able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and software
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Sound understanding of the Java programming language
• Minimum 2 years of professional programming experience

• Proficient in Java With a clear understanding of JavaScript and a basic familiarity with HTML/CSS.
• Motivated Self-Starter Comfortable working on tasks of varying scope and scale.
• Communication Both written and verbal, to technical and non-technical staff.
• Comfortable With Basic networking concepts, Command Line Interface, Source Control, Windows.
• Passionate About working in a rapidly evolving small business environment.
