Production Manager

Reser’s is proud to be part of the extended American family. More than sixty years after “Grandma Reser” perfected her world-famous potato salad in a rural farmhouse kitchen, we now make a variety of sides, salads, ‘slaws, desserts and comfort food classics.

Directs, coordinates, and manages production activities.

* Directs, coordinates, and manages production activities. * Plans and establishes work schedules, and assignments to meet production goals. * Hires, trains, and evaluates production personnel. * Prepares and maintains production reports and personnel records. * Monitors production tracking and quality control systems. * Reviews operations and confers with administrative staff to resolve procedural problems. * Trains and develops supervisors. * Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.

* 5-10 years manufacturing experience in the food industry is required. * High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Some College is preferred. * Basic PC skills are required. * Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets. * English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
