We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who can work well in a supportive position. As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative clerical office functions. You will be responsible for composing memos, transcribing notes, and researching and creating presentations. Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant your duties will include a variety of tasks such as: Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material Drafting and sending memos. Answering telephones and providing information to callers, taking messages or transferring calls to appropriate individuals. Operating office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems and using computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management and other applications. Performing data entry. May assist with compliance documents
